1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using chariotrentals.com and booking any vehicle through Chariot Rentals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age with a valid U.S. driver's license to rent a vehicle. All renters are subject to identity verification and driver's license review prior to vehicle release.

3. Reservations & Payment All bookings require a valid payment method. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, Zelle, Venmo, and CashApp. A security deposit is required at the time of booking and will be held or charged per the terms of your rental agreement.

4. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations are subject to our Refunds & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully before booking.

5. Vehicle Use Vehicles may only be operated by the approved renter on file. Prohibited uses include — but are not limited to — track use, off-road driving, smoking inside the vehicle, transporting pets, and any illegal activity.

6. Damage & Liability Renters are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period. By renting, you agree to our Damage Policy, which outlines your financial responsibility, required documentation, and claims process.

7. Late Returns Vehicles must be returned at the agreed date and time. Late returns are subject to additional fees as outlined in your rental agreement.

8. Modifications Chariot Rentals reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
